SayWay TERMINAL
Our most widely used system due to its mobility and versatility. The floor stand can be used wherever your customers are. The system is stable and can be set up on uneven ground thanks to height-adjustable feet. The metal parts can be configured in a color to match your CI. The system was developed by SayWay and is manufactured in Cologne.
SayWay WALL
Want to conduct a continuous survey at a fixed location with high customer or visitor frequency? Then the space-saving SayWay wall system is the best choice. Quick to install the system allows you to collect continuous customer feedback and use it for your business. This system is also particularly popular in clinics and emergency departments.
Available with 40 degree angle or flat as SAYWAY WALL S.
SayWay DESK
If there is no space for floor stands or wall systems, the countertop system is a high-quality alternative. Robust and lightweight, it can also be used in tighter spaces or on counters and cash desks. SAYWAY DESK is used in retail stores, pharmacies and medical practices. This device is also highly recommended for employee surveys.
SayWay MOVE
The perfect choice for maximum flexibility. With the mobile feedback system, you always have SayWay with you and can approach customers, guests, visitors or patients directly and
ask them for their opinion. Our specially developed invoice folder, for example, connects the payment process with the tablet and charmingly invites the guest to share their opinion.
SayWay SANITIZE
The module for hand disinfection for customers, patients and employees is the perfect addition to your POS hygiene measures. Dual benefits at point of sale: customers, employees or patients can disinfect their hands after sharing their feedback or simply disinfect their hands. The high-quality and robust disinfectant dispenser is made in Germany by Ophardt. It can be simply assembled with the current standard SayWay TERMINAL in just two minutes.

Plug and Play
Your staff should not have to worry about additional technology systems. Which is why we develop an automatic start function. As soon as the device is plugged in, the system starts automatically displaying the survey. You may also choose power-save mode.
Connectivity
Each SayWay system can be connected to the Internet via your WiFi connection or, for a small additional charge, with a sim card (M2M), depending on the location. Our hardware is designed for optimum coverage and maximum reception. We would be happy to advise you on ensuring an optimum and reliable connection.
SayWay Safe Box
Each device is tested at our respective location and packed so that it arrives at your site fully functional. We have specially developed the SayWay Safe Box for this purpose. This means the system arrives at your site safely and can be set up and configured quickly and easily.
