Say­Way installs pro­fes­sion­al B2B tablets that are made specif­i­cal­ly for us and that have been tried and test­ed in over 5,000 ter­mi­nals. Whether you want 5 or 5000 sys­tems, we can deliv­er quick­ly and reli­ably. Our hard­ware has a sta­ble form fac­tor and sup­port and replace­ments are avail­able over a long peri­od. This means there are none of the usu­al prob­lems you have with con­sumer tablets. The sys­tems are avail­able in var­i­ous sizes and can also be inte­grat­ed into indi­vid­ual cas­ings and con­texts.

The space-sav­ing Say­Way wall sys­tem is ide­al in busy loca­tions with a high cus­tomer fre­quen­cy and where the struc­ture is per­ma­nent. This sys­tem is main­ly used in hos­pi­tals, for exam­ple in the acci­dent and emer­gency depart­ment. Your in-house tech­ni­cians can set the sys­tem up very quick­ly thanks to the easy-to-fol­low instruc­tions and an assem­bly kit.

In small loca­tions or on coun­ters or tills, the light and robust counter sys­tem has many advan­tages. The counter sys­tem is extreme­ly ver­sa­tile and is espe­cial­ly suit­ed to com­bined use for cus­tomer and employ­ee sur­veys, for exam­ple. But retail­ers, chemist shops and med­ical prac­tices also use this com­pact appli­ance for on-site feed­back.

Our mobile feed­back tablets have proven them­selves in many dif­fer­ent con­texts. Cus­tomers, guests or patients can pass on their rat­ings and sug­ges­tions to the man­age­ment flex­i­bly, con­ve­nient­ly and eas­i­ly. We work with a num­ber of approved man­u­fac­tur­ers. A spe­cial Say­Way cov­er gives this solu­tion the fin­ish­ing touch (e.g. as a bill wal­let in restau­rants).

Say­Way data should make life eas­i­er for your local staff, not hard­er. The autostart func­tion has been devel­oped with this in mind. As soon as the device is con­nect­ed to the mains, the sys­tem auto­mat­i­cal­ly starts up and goes to the ques­tion­naire site for the par­tic­u­lar loca­tion. The feed­back ter­mi­nal can then be used imme­di­ate­ly. In some set­tings the elec­tric­i­ty for cen­tral areas is switched off overnight or at the week­ends. Say­Way sys­tems then shut down and start up again auto­mat­i­cal­ly with­out the staff doing any­thing.

Say­Way tablet PC sys­tems can either be con­nect­ed to the Inter­net via Wi-Fi or, for a small extra charge, via an M2M data card (4G-SIM-card). The advan­tages of using an M2M data card are obvi­ous. First­ly the sys­tem con­nects to the mobile net­work auto­mat­i­cal­ly after the autostart and trans­fers feed­back data to our serv­er, and sec­ond­ly Say­Way can be oper­at­ed com­plete­ly sep­a­rate­ly from the inter­nal IT infra­struc­ture.

An M2M card is part of the stan­dard pack­age with all of our sys­tems. If a cus­tomer wish­es to switch from Wi-Fi to M2M, this is pos­si­ble at any time. Our exten­sive expe­ri­ence and exper­tise offers sub­stan­tial advan­tages:

The sys­tem is test­ed at our head­quar­ters in Cologne and deliv­ered to you ready for use in a spe­cial­ly designed Say­Way Safe Box.
