Whether you want 5 or 5000 systems, we can deliver quickly and reliably. Our hardware has a stable form factor and support and replacements are available over a long period. This means there are none of the usual problems you have with consumer tablets. The systems are available in various sizes and can also be integrated into individual casings and contexts.

The space-saving SayWay wall system is ideal in busy locations with a high customer frequency and where the structure is permanent. This system is mainly used in hospitals, for example in the accident and emergency department. Your in-house technicians can set the system up very quickly thanks to the easy-to-follow instructions and an assembly kit.
In small locations or on counters or tills, the light and robust counter system has many advantages. The counter system is extremely versatile and is especially suited to combined use for customer and employee surveys, for example. But retailers, chemist shops and medical practices also use this compact appliance for on-site feedback.
Our mobile feedback tablets have proven themselves in many different contexts. Customers, guests or patients can pass on their ratings and suggestions to the management flexibly, conveniently and easily. We work with a number of approved manufacturers. A special SayWay cover gives this solution the finishing touch (e.g. as a bill wallet in restaurants).
SayWay data should make life easier for your local staff, not harder. The autostart function has been developed with this in mind. As soon as the device is connected to the mains, the system automatically starts up and goes to the questionnaire site for the particular location. The feedback terminal can then be used immediately. In some settings the electricity for central areas is switched off overnight or at the weekends. SayWay systems then shut down and start up again automatically without the staff doing anything.
SayWay tablet PC systems can either be connected to the Internet via Wi-Fi or, for a small extra charge, via an M2M data card (4G-SIM-card). The advantages of using an M2M data card are obvious. Firstly the system connects to the mobile network automatically after the autostart and transfers feedback data to our server, and secondly SayWay can be operated completely separately from the internal IT infrastructure.
An M2M card is part of the standard package with all of our systems. If a customer wishes to switch from Wi-Fi to M2M, this is possible at any time. Our extensive experience and expertise offers substantial advantages:

The system is tested at our headquarters in Cologne and delivered to you ready for use in a specially designed SayWay Safe Box. This special packaging guarantees that the system arrives undamaged and can be assembled quickly and easily. Various shipping options are possible — central distribution through a forwarding agent, collection from the SayWay warehouse or individual shipment to your national and/or international locations.
