The real trea­sures of on-site feed­back are often hid­den in the free text entries. How­ev­er, a lot of com­pa­nies are over­whelmed by the sheer vol­ume free entries. Say­Way has devel­oped an effi­cient text analy­sis tool for this pur­pose. This tool enables an auto­mat­ic three-stage analy­sis of text entries:

1. to elim­i­nate swear words and mean­ing­less entries,
2. to dif­fer­en­ti­ate between pos­i­tive and neg­a­tive entries and
3. to cat­e­gorise text entries auto­mat­i­cal­ly

The text analy­sis sys­tem can, of course, be linked to the alert sys­tem so that you can respond to cer­tain text entries imme­di­ate­ly on the spot.
